Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Packages
AF Natural Supplements is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed.
